The Store Front is operated by Jonathan Gan as a United States sole proprietor. These terms apply to this website and to purchases from storefronts that identify The Store Front as the seller.
Products and services
We provide product, brand, marketing, and engineering services and may sell physical products through operated storefronts. A storefront’s product description, price, production timing, shipping terms, and return disclosures become part of the order terms.
Orders and payment
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and the product, shipping, and return disclosures presented for that order. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we or our manufacturing partner accept fulfillment. We may cancel and refund an unavailable, incorrectly priced, legally restricted, or unfulfillable item.
Manufacturing and delivery
We may engage independent manufacturers, fulfillment providers, and carriers. Customer support stays with The Store Front. Delivery estimates can change because of production, customs, weather, carrier, or supply disruptions.
Returns and disputes
Our shipping policy and returns and refunds policy govern cancellations, returns, refunds, damage, and delivery problems. Contact us first so we can investigate and offer an appropriate remedy.
Intellectual property
The website, original copy, artwork, software, and brand materials are protected by applicable law. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and may be used only where authorized or legally permitted.
Site use and contact
