This policy explains how The Store Front handles personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or place an order through a storefront we operate.
Information we collect
We may receive contact, billing, shipping, order, support, device, and website-usage information. Payment providers process complete card details; we do not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers on our systems.
How we use it
We use information to provide websites and services, process and fulfill orders, communicate about purchases, prevent fraud, issue refunds, provide support, meet legal obligations, and improve our operations.
Analytics and attribution
We use the Whop Pixel to measure page views, connect visits with purchases made through Whop, and understand which marketing led customers to us. Whop may receive device and website-usage information when the pixel runs.
Who receives it
We share only what is reasonably necessary with payment processors, manufacturers, fulfillment and shipping providers, hosting and communications vendors, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may also opt out of marketing messages without affecting transactional order communications.
