Fulfillment
How orders move.
The Store Front operates the stores listed on this site. Qualified outside suppliers may produce or ship an item; customer support, returns, and refunds stay with The Store Front.
1. The order is confirmed
The customer selects the product and shipping option on the applicable storefront and completes payment through hosted checkout. The order record identifies the storefront and purchased item.
2. Fulfillment is assigned
Depending on the product, an order may be prepared from available goods or sent to a third-party supplier or manufacturer for made-to-order production. We do not describe made-to-order goods as standing inventory.
3. The item is produced or prepared
The supplier or fulfillment partner prepares the selected item. Timing varies by product and must be based on current supplier information rather than a universal promise.
4. The item ships
When shipment information is provided, we associate it with the order and communicate tracking to the customer. The carrier transports the parcel to the supplied address.
5. Support stays here
Customers contact The Store Front for delays, address problems, damage, incorrect items, returns, and refunds. We investigate with the relevant supplier or carrier and provide the available remedy.
What we do not do
We do not provide payment processing or settlement services for other merchants. Every store using our seller identity appears in our storefront directory and follows our support and policy standards.
